Return, Exchange & Refund



Subscription:

If you have purchased a Subscription Order while placing an order on our website. So that amount will not be returned. And no product will be delivered in this. (No matter how many products you purchase, they will all be included in the subscription, so you will not receive a refund.) You will only be able to use the subscription to receive additional discounts. On subscription you will get 30% discount on every order, for which you will be required to take coupon code from us at the time of ordering.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

Return, Exchange & Refund:
 

.Please note that ₹ 100 reverse shipment charges are applicable for every return and Exchange.


If you want to return or exchange any type of products. Which is damage or other products. For that send us the parcel opening video. Which is very important for returning or exchanging products. Without this it is not possible to return or exchange products


Exchange:

If you would like to exchange your products for a different size or style, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the products. The products must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

If you have ordered S size and you have received S size then return and exchange is not applicable in this case. We request you kindly check the size chart before confirming the order. If you would like to return or exchange a Product that is not defective, damaged or different you may do so within 3 days of receiving the Product. The Product must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached. you have to pay Rs 100 as a reversal charge for returning the product and RS 150 for exchange the product.

Your Pickup will be arranged by Befikray.com within 2-3 working days of your request.

All Products must be unused, unwashed and returned with the original packing & tags when we receive it.

In case, the order does not meet the above conditions exchange request will not be processed and your order will be sent back to your picked up address.

*In case of an exchange, if the size is not available, you can place a refund request which will proceed as refund policy. No other product can be exchanged on behalf of the same.

Returns:

We are working hard to provide you the latest fashion at affordable rates with Best quality fabric.If you would like to return a Product that is not defective, damaged or different you may do so within 3 days of receiving the Product. The Product must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the Product to us.

*Shipping Charges and COD charges charged at the time of placing the order is non- refundable.

*We shall charge you shipping charges of Rs.100 in case of reverse pick up the same shall be deducted from your refund.

Important Points to remember,

Return request needs to be within 2 days of the delivery date.
Your Pickup will be done in 2-3 working days.
All returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and return with the original packing and tags when we receive it. Items without tags will not be accepted.
The refund is subject to your returns met the above conditions else returns will not be accepted.
In case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product. In case you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.


Refund Policy

Amount Refund:

1. If you cancel the Order, the full amount will be refunded to you includes shipping charges and COD charges if any.

2. If you return the product, shipping charges and COD charges charged at the time while placing the order will be deducted. Also, the Reverse Shipping charges of Rs.100 will be charged and the balance amount will be refunded to you.

Mode of Refund:

1. Prepaid Orders:

The amount will be refunded to the same account from which order has been placed. Once we received the product, the amount will be processed in 1-2 working days. Your money will be reflected in your account in 7-15 working days.

Note: If a user has placed a prepaid order and we run out of stock or face any issue, we refund the user within 30 to 210 days of the order being credited to his account or whenever applicable when we are out of stock or facing any technical issue on our platform. Even during this period, if you do not get your refund then you will have to inform us otherwise you will be responsible for it and you will not be refunded.

2. COD Orders:

The amount will be transferred to the Bank Account mentioned while placing the Return Request and your amount will be reflected in your account within 7-15 working days of the details.

Note: If a user has placed a COD order and we run out of stock or face any issue, we refund the user within 30 to 210 days of the order being credited to his account or whenever applicable when we are out of stock or facing any technical issue on our platform. Even during this period, if you do not get your refund then you will have to inform us otherwise you will be responsible for it and you will not be refunded.

3. Subscription Orders:

4. Wallet Refund:

Currently we are facing technical problem and our wallet is not working, hence refund of any product cannot be done in the wallet, only its refund will be done either in his account or in return he will be given a coupon code of this amount so that he can use it in future which will be subject to our terms and conditions.
