All sizes and measurements of items are approximate; however, we do make every effort to ensure they are accurate as possible. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of items are as accurate as possible.
Pricing:
We ensure that all details of prices appearing on the website are accurate, however, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Additionally, prices for items may change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. The price of an item includes GST (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller. Please note that the prices listed on the website are only applicable for items purchased on the website and not through any other source.
Discounts and Vouchers:
Any amount of voucher or discount deducted at the time of placing order deducted from the order value shall not be refunded on any cancellation or return of order.
Cashback Offers & Wallet:
The user can use Rs 50 on every order from the cashback he gets in the wallet. Which he got on the basis of cashback.
When Out Off Stock:
If we are out of stock of the product on offer and you place an order, we may cancel your order without asking you. And you can also get a refund within 30 days to 210 days. (This condition will not apply to orders where coupon code is not used).
Note: If a user has placed a prepaid order and we run out of stock or face any issue, we refund the user within 30 to 210 days of the order being credited to his account or whenever applicable when we are out of stock or facing any technical issue on our platform. Even during this period, if you do not get your refund then you will have to inform us otherwise you will be responsible for it and you will not be refunded.
Payment:
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
If there is a problem on our platform. So we can hold your payment for approximately 210 days. Its rights belong to Befikray.com. If you do not agree with this. So you should not buy orders and subscription orders on our platform.

Cash on Delivery charges (COD Charges)-
COD charges shall be applicable of Rs.50 in case payment mode chosen as cash on delivery(Additional to shipping charges)

Befikray asks you to read all the terms and conditions before ordering. As there is a default blue tick below the buy now button on our product page. Which indicates that you have read all the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions. Then untick the blue tick. And do not place any order on our platform. If you do not do this, then you yourself will be responsible for it.
It is mandatory to provide a video recording of the date on which you have placed the order and the blue tick below our buy now button while placing the order must be unticked then it will be considered otherwise it will not be considered.
Violation & Termination:
You agree that the Company may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the website and block your future access if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or any other policies. If you or the Company terminates your use of any service, you shall still be liable to pay for any service that you have already ordered.

Order Status & Orders Related:
You can check the status of the order by simply going to “order history” and refer the status column for the status.
If any order becomes out of stock then its information will be given to you by mail, msg or through call. In this condition, you can exchange only with what is available in stock on our platform. In this condition, you will not be refunded any product amount. Here you can connect with our team and re-order the product which is in stock.

Incorrect Order Or Product Damaged When Received:
We take utmost care while packing your order to ensure that the right product reaches you in the safest way. However, in case of receiving the order, if the product is incorrect or is damaged in transit, the same would be replaced. The process is hassle-free.
In such cases, all you would have to do is that intimate us on the same day of receiving the order by writing to us at support@befikray.com or calling us on the contact number mentioned on the Contact Us page and your request would be taken care of. In case you fail to intimate on the same day of receiving an incorrect or damaged product, the product will be considered sold and would not be replaced or refunded. Before receiving the order, make sure to make a video of the parcel. Quick returns will assist you with refunds and exchanges.
Advertising & Marketing Agency Terms & Conditions:
The Company uses some third parties to administer a limited set of advertisements on our website and portals. During this process, no personal information is leaked. However, aggregate profile information, such as the user community, may be used in the selection of advertising to make sure that it has relevance to the user. (If any advertiser or influencer promotes with wrong information, befikray.com will not be responsible for it. Therefore, while purchasing orders or subscription orders, read all our conditions carefully and only then use our platform.)
If orders are given by any marketing agency, then along with those bulk orders, the orders of normal users received by us will be cancelled and the amount will also be refunded. This is for security purpose. And the marketing agency which is working with us should sign the agreement or IO only after reading this. If the marketing agency does not read these conditions, then the marketing agency itself will be responsible for this. And if any loss occurs due to this, then the marketing agency will also be responsible for that.
